Introduction
Sherri Jordan, MBA, ACC, CCA is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Envision the Ladder, an agency empowering individuals and organizations to envision and reach their next level.
With over 22 years of experience across the private sector, federal and local government, Sherri leads two interconnected areas of work. As a Wisconsin DVR contracted supported employment provider and Medicaid-enrolled disability services provider, she works directly with individuals with disabilities connecting them to meaningful employment and the community supports they need to live and work independently.
As an ICF certified coach and facilitator, she also partners with organizations to deliver customized leadership development, strategic planning, facilitation, and training.
This dual focus is not accidental — it reflects Sherri's core belief that true inclusion requires working on both sides of the equation: empowering individuals and equipping the organization.
Sherri holds an MBA from Concordia University Wisconsin. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Sherman Phoenix Foundation and Professional Dimensions.
